We are in active conversation with landlords, developers, hotel groups and operating partners who can help bring a credible Indian fine-dining flagship to each city. How we partner

Three ways into a deal.

Lease & operate

We sign the lease, fit out, and run the restaurant. You receive market rent from a long-tenure operator with a debt-free balance sheet.

Management agreement

You own the venue, we operate it on a management contract — base fee + performance. Suited to hotels and mixed-use developments.

03

Joint venture

Equity partnership on flagship locations where the brand and the building matter equally. Selective and long-horizon.
